Applicants must submit the Efforts to Outcomes Software Request for Proposals before 5PM, March 14, 2008 and upon award of the software be prepared to attend an orientation at 8:30AM, March 21, 2008.

SOFTWARE DESCRIPTION:The Efforts to Outcomes Software was created based on a philosophy that outcomes are best measured by tracking the efforts of an organization. What makes it unique is that the software is customized specifically for each individual organization and their mission, vision and model for program service delivery. Through this customized data tracking and analysis software, organizations will be better equipped to provide evidence based support for funding, program expansion and focus on achieve program objectives that are directly tied to the mission of the organization.
